This factory service and repair manual for the 2005 Chevrolet Astro carries four three-door bodies, one engine and three trims. Known issues on the 2005 Astro. Two recalls are listed federally, both on aftermarket parts: replacement lamps built without amber side reflectors, and a replacement fuel filter that can seal poorly at its connection and leak. Owner complaints total nine — two on tires, one on the electrical system, one on the fuel system — a thin record by any measure. The manual's fuel system chapter gives line, pump and filter service with the specifications each step needs, and the electrical chapter traces every circuit in the van with diagrams.
