Return and Refund Policy

FactoryManual.com wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Since all our products are digital manuals delivered electronically, the following refund policy applies. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 180 days of purchase, as described below.

Refund for Wrong, Incomplete, or Defective Manual (Within 180 Days)

If the manual you received does not match your vehicle, is missing critical content that was listed in the product description, or is corrupted, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement manual within 180 days of purchase — even if you have already downloaded the file. This applies if:

  • The manual does not cover the vehicle year, make, model, or trim you ordered.
  • Major sections listed in the table of contents are missing or incomplete.
  • The file is corrupted, unreadable, or fails to download.

Refund for Change of Mind or Wrong Purchase (Within 180 Days)

If you ordered the wrong manual, no longer need it, or are simply not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 180 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the manual. If you have already downloaded or accessed it, we will provide a replacement manual of equal value or store credit for the amount you paid.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different manual instead of a refund, we are happy to exchange your purchase for another title of equal value within 180 days. If the replacement costs more, you pay only the difference.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Email us at admin@factorymanual.com with your order number.
  2. Briefly describe the issue or reason (wrong vehicle, missing content, change of mind, etc.).
  3. We will review and process eligible refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • The request is made more than 180 days after the date of purchase.
  • The request is fraudulent or abuses this policy (for example, repeated download-then-refund activity).
