Refund Policy

FactoryM ("FactoryManual.com") wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Since all our products are digital manuals delivered electronically, the following refund policy applies:

Refund for Wrong or Incomplete Manual (Within 180 Days)

If the manual you received does not match your vehicle, or is missing critical content that was listed in the product description, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement manual within 180 days of purchase. This applies if:

  • The manual does not cover the vehicle year, make, model, or trim you ordered.
  • Major sections listed in the table of contents are missing or incomplete.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at admin@factorymanual.com with your order number.
  2. Briefly describe the issue (wrong vehicle, missing content, etc.).
  3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • The request is made more than 180 days after purchase.
  • The manual was correctly delivered and matches the product description.
