  • We take reasonable steps to describe our Services accurately. You are responsible for confirming the Service meets your requirements before purchasing.

  • If a Service does not meet the expected standard within 7 days of the order date, we will provide a replacement or correction as appropriate. This is our full liability for that issue.

  • Our Price Promise (when offered) applies only under these conditions:

     

    • Applies only to new, identical services available worldwide.

    • Excludes comparisons against sales/promotions (seasonal, holiday, special offers, etc.).

    • Excludes auction listings (including online auctions).

    • Excludes private sales.

    • Excludes bulk or volume sales.

     

  • “Special offer” items may be priced as shown and may still include additional costs where applicable.

 


 

3. The Contract Between You and Us

 

 

  • We must receive full payment before accepting your Order.

  • After payment, we confirm your Order by email to the address you provided. Please ensure you can receive emails from our domain.

  • For physical shipments (if offered), you may cancel an Order up until dispatch.

  • For digital downloads, a contract is formed once you complete checkout and payment.

  • Once a contract is formed, you agree that order-related communication is handled through our support/ticket system.

  • Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method.

 


 

4. Price and Payments

 

 

  • Prices are shown on the website unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may include applicable taxes depending on the governing rules for our business operations.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Products are sold in USD by default. Displayed currency conversions (if available) are estimates and may vary.

  • If you pay by card, your bank may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. These are charged by your bank and are outside our control.

  • If you pay via PayPal, PayPal may apply its own currency conversion rules or fees. These are set by PayPal and may change without notice.

 


 

5. Right of Cancellation

6. Cancellation by Us

    • We cannot deliver to your location (where delivery rules apply).

    • A listing contained incorrect information (including price or description).

    • We reasonably believe you may not comply with these Terms.

     

 


 

7. Delivery of Services

 

 

  • Digital Services are delivered to the email address you provide during checkout/account creation and/or made available via download access.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct. If delivery fails due to an incorrect email address you provided, we may charge again if re-fulfillment is requested.

  • Ownership/access to the Service transfers upon delivery or when made available to you.

  • After delivery, you are responsible for safeguarding your access and files.

  • Support requests must be submitted through our support/ticket system.

  • Where stated, digital products may be provided as “backup copies” and you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use them.

 


 

8. Liability and Limitations

 

 

  • If a delivered Service is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, you must contact support within 30 working days after delivery to be eligible for review/remedy.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill).

  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service that caused the claim.

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including any import/customs or permit requirements that may apply to you.
