Known issues on the 1994 Astro. Six recalls appear against this year. A replacement fuel return line can leak at a bleed valve that was never brought to torque, and a replacement fuel filter can leak where it connects; either becomes a fire risk near a hot surface. Front seat backs on some vans fall below the height the head restraint standard requires, and on others the certification or air bag advisory labeling is absent altogether. Complaints reach 383, led by service brakes at 107 and visibility at 82 — brake hydraulics and wiper and washer circuits both sit in these pages.
