2007 Ford Lobo Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2007 Ford Lobo covers nine trims: Cab Reg, FX2, Harley-Davidson Edition, King Ranch, Lariat, Sport, Sport FX4, STX and XLT. They ride on three body styles, the four-door crew cab pickup, the two-door standard cab pickup and the four-door extended cab pickup, with a choice of two naturally aspirated SOHC gasoline V8s, the 5.4L at 330 cubic inches or the 4.6L at 281 cubic inches. Nine trims across three cabs and two engines is a lot of combinations, and the procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics are keyed to engine and body.

Known issues on the 2007 Lobo. Two recalls are on federal record for 2007. One is an aftermarket campaign on combination corner and bumper lamp assemblies; the other covers trucks altered by Roush to run on liquid propane injection, where the hydrocarbon paper attached inside the airbox lid with adhesive is the concern. Owners have lodged 623 complaints with NHTSA about the 2007 model. Air intake procedures for the 5.4L and 4.6L V8s, together with the exterior lighting wiring diagrams and specifications, are the sections of the manual that bear on those two campaigns.
