Known issues on the 1995 Safari. Six recalls are on the federal record. Fuel lines at the tank left insufficiently tightened can loosen far enough to leak and burn. A left lower control arm nut that never reached its specified torque can let the bolt loosen, fatigue and break, separating the arm from the frame. A wiper motor with cracked solder joints on its controller board can quit in bad weather.
