Known issues on the 1994 Safari. Two recalls are on the federal record. One again involves replacement central multiport injection fuel return lines that can leak at the bleed valve and cause a fire. The other is a labeling failure: vans left the plant missing the manufacturer's certification label and the air bag advisory label, so owners had no stated load capacity or build date to work from.
