Known issues on the 1995 E-350 Econoline Club Wagon. Six recalls are on federal record. The parking brake accounts for two: front cables built longer than intended, which cut holding performance on a severe grade, and a parking brake cable rubbing the fuel line until it could damage it. A speed control deactivation switch that could overheat makes a third. Two hundred and eighty complaints are logged with NHTSA, dominated by the service brakes, then the tires and the suspension. Parking brake adjustment, hydraulic brake work and suspension service are all documented with procedures and torque values in this manual.
