Known issues on the 1985 E-350 Econoline Club Wagon. Three complaints are logged with NHTSA for this model year, two of them about the electrical system and one about the tires. Eight recalls sit alongside them on the federal record. One covers the wiring harness ties that could break under vibration and drop the harness onto the engine; another the drag link to pitman arm ball stud whose rubber could deteriorate to the point of separation; another the front fuel tank vapor valve grommet splitting and leaking. NYLON TIES THAT SUPPORT THE MAIN WIRING HARNESS TO THE CHASSIS COULD WEAR AND BREAK DUE TO EXCESSIVE VIBRATION. THUS, WIRING HARNESS COULD FALL ON ENGINE COMPONENTS AND SHORT CIRCUIT.
