2015 Chevrolet Malibu Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2015 Chevrolet Malibu covers a two-engine sedan sold as LS, LT and LTZ. Known issues on the 2015 Malibu. Three recalls apply to this year. The inflator in a front seat-mounted side impact air bag can rupture as it fires, so the bag may not inflate as designed while the rupture itself adds risk. The ignition key can be withdrawn with the transmission out of park, which allows the car to roll away as people are getting out. A roof panel switch that sits too proud can be pressed by accident and close the panel on someone. Complaints number 270, with 58 on the electrical system, 45 on the air bags and 29 on the power train.
