Known issues on the 2013 E-350 Super Duty. For this model year the federal record shows eight recalls. Seven concern Ricon wheelchair lifts fitted by converters, where cracked platform side plates or out-of-position bearings can let the platform separate from the lift and rest against the lift door. The eighth involves a CNG conversion whose rear cylinder brackets can fail, allowing the cylinder to dislodge and leak gas with a risk of fire. Owners have lodged 13 complaints with NHTSA, mostly on the suspension, then steering and structure. Suspension and steering procedures, specifications and torque values in the manual cover those areas.
