Known issues on the 2016 E-350 Super Duty. This model year carries three recalls on federal record. Two are Ford campaigns on vans with the 6.8L engine and the optional trailer brake controller: in one the controller may not actuate the trailer brakes, and in the other the trailer braking system may fail, lengthening stopping distances either way.
