Known issues on the 2009 E-350 Super Duty. Eight recalls are on federal record for the 2009 model year, and none of them originate with the base vehicle. Three were issued by Roush for liquid propane autogas conversion kits, covering the fuel injection components and the hoses, lines and fittings of the propane fuel system. The other five concern mobility conversions, including ADA conversion vans and Ricon public-use lifts. Owners have logged 10 complaints with NHTSA. When a converted van comes in, the manual's factory fuel system procedures, specifications and wiring diagrams establish the baseline that any propane or lift installation was built on top of.
