2015 Ford E-350 Super Duty Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2015 Ford E-350 Super Duty covers the chassis and the two-door cutaway van in Base and Base Stripped trims. Engines are the 5.4L SOHC V8 on LPG (propane), flex-fuel or CNG and the 6.8L SOHC V10 on gasoline, CNG or LPG (propane). Since a chassis and a cutaway both go to a body builder before entering service, the manual's procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics concentrate on the engines, driveline, frame, brakes, steering and the chassis wiring that body builders extend, rather than on a finished van body.

Known issues on the 2015 E-350 Super Duty. Two recalls are on federal record for the 2015 model year, both raised by converters over Freedman foldaway seats: in one the seat back cushion may not stay locked under load, and in the other the cushion may not lock when rotated up from its stowed position, so the seat back can move in a crash. Owners have lodged seven complaints with NHTSA, split between the power train, steering and the wipers. The manual's transmission, driveline and steering procedures, specifications and torque values, together with its wiper wiring diagrams and diagnostics, cover those complaint areas on the factory chassis.
