2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty covers the first year of two new engines: the turbocharged 6.7L V8 diesel of 406 cubic inches and the 6.2L V8, an overhead-cam flex-fuel gasoline engine. Known issues on the 2011 F-250 Super Duty. Two recalls are on federal record for 2011, and both trace to the body control module. During a six-day production window the supplier built modules that can short internally, overheat and start a fire even in a parked truck; the second covers trucks whose inspection routine could not reliably identify the suspect modules. Owners have filed 370 complaints with NHTSA, and steering dominates at 149, ahead of the suspension at 51 and the engine at 39.
