Known issues on the 2005 F-250 Super Duty. The federal record holds five recalls, spread over fuel, lighting, suspension and steering. On 5.4L and 6.8L gasoline trucks a fuel jumper line with an incorrect end form can separate and leak; 6.0L diesel trucks can stall without warning and may not restart; and an aftermarket steering stabilizer kit for four-wheel-drive trucks can lock the steering.
