Known issues on the 1995 Regal. Air bags feature in both the recall list and the complaint list for the 1995 Regal, which has 8 recalls. Certain cars had stress cracks in the anchor plate for the center rear seat belt, so the belt could break in a crash. Air bags lead the 173 owner complaints with 49, ahead of hydraulic service brakes with 39; 16 complaints reported a crash, 4 a fire and 13 an injury.
