Known issues on the 1994 Regal. Three recalls are recorded for the 1994 Regal. On certain cars the power feed wire to the washer and wiper switch could be strained or broken, making the wipers work only now and then or quit, a hazard in bad weather. On certain cars the rear brake hoses could touch rear suspension parts and chafe through, draining fluid. Certain cars were also built with clear front side marker bulbs rather than amber. Owners filed 110 complaints, 25 on hydraulic service brakes, 17 on the electrical system and 14 on visibility; 6 reported a crash, 2 a fire and 5 an injury. Wiring diagrams and brake procedures address those systems.
