2023 Ford F-550 Super Duty Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2023 Ford F-550 Super Duty covers four chassis cab body styles, the four-door crew cab, the two-door conventional cab, the four-door extended cab and a plain two-door chassis, in XL, XLT and Lariat trims. The engines are the turbocharged 6.7L OHV V8 diesel of 406 cubic inches and the naturally aspirated 7.3L OHV V8 gasoline engine of 445 cubic inches. Much of this year's recall record is electrical, so the wiring diagrams and diagnostics sit alongside the procedures, specifications and torque values for both engines, the door modules, instrument cluster and steering column.

Known issues on the 2023 F-550 Super Duty. Electrical faults run through most of the eight recalls on this year's federal record. The instrument panel cluster module may be improperly soldered and fail to illuminate, the steering wheel clock spring may have an insufficient weld that disconnects the driver air bag, and the front door modules can reset during a low power condition so the window anti-pinch function misses an obstruction. Owners have logged one complaint with NHTSA, on the exterior lighting. The manual's wiring diagrams and diagnostics for the instrument cluster, clock spring, door modules and lighting on the 6.7L diesel and 7.3L V8 chassis cover those systems.
