The third is a wheels and lug hardware recall from Southeast Toyota Distributors covering model year 2013-2017 Toyota Tundra and Sequoia vehicles accessorized with Southeast Toyota accessory 20-inch Rockstar wheels, where lugnuts that crack and detach may cause the wheels to separate from the vehicle. Owners have logged 13 complaints for the year, and Toyota has issued 129 technical service bulletins.
