The third is a wheels recall covering certain 4x2 vehicles equipped with an alloy wheel tire upgrade installed by the processing centers, where different operating characteristics can be experienced when the spare tire is installed. Owners have filed 857 complaints for the year, and Toyota has issued 97 technical service bulletins.
