2015 Hyundai Elantra Service and Repair Manual
Hyundai built the 2015 Elantra as a four-door sedan across six trim levels, around a choice of two naturally aspirated four-cylinder engines, a 1.8L and a 2.0L. Engine and trim decide which torque values, clearances and service intervals apply, so the correct figures depend on exactly which 2015 Elantra you are working on.

Known issues on the 2015 Elantra. Three recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the trunk lid latch: the latch may become damaged, preventing the opening of the trunk from the inside, so a person inside the trunk compartment may become trapped, increasing their risk of injury. The second covers the antilock and traction control side of the hydraulic service brakes, where an engine compartment fire while parked or driving can increase the risk of injury. The third covers the driver's frontal air bag inflator module, which may rupture during deployment, and an inflator that ruptures may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver. Owners have filed 349 complaints for the year and Hyundai has issued 125 technical service bulletins.
Whether the job is tracing a fault in the antilock brake system, replacing a trunk lid latch, or working through a routine service interval, it holds you to Hyundai's own procedure and the correct specification for your 2015 Elantra.
