1983 Chevrolet S10 Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 1983 S10. Four recalls are on the federal record for this year. Three of them concern replacement lamps fitted without amber side reflectors, which dims how well the truck shows up to traffic alongside it. The fourth is mechanical: too little lubricant reaching the surface between the mainshaft and first gear can make the rear wheels lock suddenly while the truck is moving.
