Known issues on the 2022 Silverado 1500. Six recalls sit on the federal record. One describes a sensing and diagnostic module shipped in manufacturing mode, which will not fire the air bags in a crash at all. Two more cover a transmission control valve that can fail and lock the rear wheels. Another involves connecting rod and crankshaft components with manufacturing defects that can end in engine failure.
