Two describe a brake pedal pivot nut that can loosen, leaving the pedal loose or dead underfoot and able to foul the accelerator. Two more cover a fault that can leave the front air bags and belt pretensioners inert in a crash that should set them off. The last two concern roof-rail air bag inflators whose end cap can detach or whose sidewall can split, releasing compressed gas into the cabin.
