Two cover the fuel pump: the flange can crack or its butyl-tape interim repair can fail to fully seal, letting fuel leak near an ignition source and raising fire risk. The other two cover the driver's frontal air bag inflator, which can explode or rupture on deployment and send metal fragments into the vehicle occupants, potentially causing serious injury or death. Remedy

Consequence
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Audi will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the flange, replacing any flanges that are cracked. If the flange is not cracked, dealers will clean the pump flange and install a butyl rubber band
