2007 Ford F-650 Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2007 Ford F-650 documents the medium duty straight truck in Base trim with two-door long conventional, four-door extended cab and four-door crew cab bodies and three turbocharged diesels: the 5.9L inline-six (359 cubic inches), the 7.2L inline-six (441 cubic inches) and the 6.0L V8 (365 cubic inches). The rear axle is the subject of this year's recall, and the procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics for the axle and power train sit alongside the engine-by-engine coverage.

Known issues on the 2007 F-650. One recall is on federal record for the 2007 F-650: on trucks built with Dana rear axles, the axle housing may have been made from steel thinner than specified, and in normal use it could fatigue and crack, leading to a wheel end lock-up or separation. Owners have logged five complaints with NHTSA, two on the electrical system and one each on the service brakes and power train. The manual's rear axle procedures, specifications and torque values, its wiring diagrams and its brake coverage for the three diesel trucks address those systems.
