This factory service and repair manual for the 2007 Ford F-250 adds a second body to the single-engine truck: the four-door crew cab pickup joins the two-door standard cab pickup, both powered by the 4.6L V8, a naturally aspirated overhead-cam gasoline engine. Four trims are listed, Doble Cab, Flotillera, XL and XLT. Crew cab wiring, door and seat procedures sit beside the standard cab ones, and the engine, cooling, driveline, steering, suspension and brake sections apply to both bodies, each with specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics drawn from 2007 production.

Known issues on the 2007 F-250. Three of the four recalls on federal record concern equipment added to the truck after it left the factory. One reaches trucks converted into shuttle vehicles with foldaway rear seats whose back can move when rotated upright, raising injury risk in a crash; one covers replacement tail lamp service parts that can fail; and another involves aftermarket wheel modification groups that can bring on brake failure. Owners have filed 60 complaints with NHTSA, most of them on steering with 23 and the suspension with 11, with three on the engine and cooling. Seat, lighting, steering, suspension and brake procedures, specifications and wiring diagrams in the manual cover those systems.
