1994 Ford F-250 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 1994 Ford F-250 continues with six engines: the 5.8L V8, the 7.3L V8 diesel in naturally aspirated and turbocharged versions, the 5.0L V8, the 7.5L V8 and the 4.9L inline-six. Known issues on the 1994 F-250. Eight recalls are logged for the 1994 F-250. Air bags account for two: the diagnostic monitor could fire the driver's air bag when the passenger door was slammed during starting, and some trucks got nonfunctional diagnostic modules that left the bag dead. A third covers driver's seat power lumbar wiring that can chafe into an overheating short. Owners have filed 146 complaints with NHTSA: 31 on the service brakes, 25 on the power train, 18 on the engine and cooling.
