One covers the air bag warning label: some vans were built with a Canadian-market bilingual label whose English-only warning area falls short of the size Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 208 requires. Two separate campaigns cover the front fog lights, where heat cycling can push the bulb socket rearward until the socket, bulb holder and wiring harness separate from the housing and drop inside the bumper, which in rare cases lets the still-operating bulb heat and burn the bumper. A fourth covers the tire certification label, which lists a maximum pressure of 32 psi instead of the correct 35 psi, so a tire run at the labeled figure can be under-inflated for its load and raise the risk of a crash.
