1990 Chevrolet Caprice Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 1990 Chevrolet Caprice covers the sedan and wagon in Base, Classic, Classic Brougham and Classic LS Brougham form. Known issues on the 1990 Caprice. Two recalls appear on the federal record. One covers replacement oil filters that can seal poorly and let engine oil out where it may ignite. The other concerns plastic fuel filter assemblies that develop leaks, with static charge built up in the plastic lines and filter acting as the ignition source. Six owner complaints were filed, two on seat belts, two on speed control and one on the wheels.
