Known issues on the 2020 Blazer. Three recalls stand federally. The roof-rail air bag inflator may have a diffuser that was not properly crimped, and if it separates during deployment the curtain does not protect as designed. Over-cured tires can break at the sidewall or lose tread from a belt edge separation, either of which can take control away from the driver. The third covers missing endcap bolts on the start-stop accumulator, which leaks transmission oil and can end in lost propulsion. Of 213 complaints, 61 are on the power train, 40 on steering and 36 on electrical.
