Known issues on the 1990 Blazer. Four recalls appear federally. Corrosion from road salt can work into the joint where a brake rotor's stamped steel center meets its cast outer section and split the two apart, so that wheel stops contributing to braking. Replacement lamps built without amber side reflectors leave the truck harder for other drivers to see. A replacement fuel filter can seal poorly and leak, and replacement oil filters can seal poorly and lose oil, each with fire as the consequence. Complaints number 43, with brakes at 10 ahead of engine and cooling and seat belts at 5 each.
