Owners filed 1033 complaints about the 2019 Outback, led by the electrical system at 363 and visibility and wipers at 326; 24 complaints reported a crash, 2 a fire and 12 an injury. There are 3 recalls. Two involve certain 2019 Outback vehicles whose low-pressure fuel pump can stop working, stalling the engine, possibly without a restart; dealers replace the pump.
