Known issues on the 2015 Jetta. The 2015 Jetta is subject to 8 recalls. On certain 2015 Jetta vehicles, the cam lobe powering the brake vacuum pump could break off, taking away power brake assist and lengthening stops; the engine control software was updated. Certain cars built within a set window had a passenger occupant detection system that might misclassify or miss a front passenger, so the passenger air bag could deploy wrongly or fail to deploy; the detection control module was replaced.
