Known issues on the 2015 Silverado 3500. Seven recalls stand on the federal record, and they group into three mechanisms. Two describe a brake pedal pivot nut that can back off until the pedal goes loose or stops working, leaving the driver unable to stop with it. Two more cover roof-rail air bag inflators whose end cap can blow off or whose sidewall can split, firing debris into the cabin.
