Known issues on the 2013 Highlander. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year, both from Southeast Toyota Distributors. The first is written against the frontal air bag sensor and control module, for a front passenger seat occupant sensing system that is out of calibration. The second covers labels: an inaccurate label could lead to owners overloading their vehicles and tires.
