2025 Toyota RAV4 Service and Repair Manual

Fitment is the whole point here: the 2025 Toyota RAV4 factory service and repair manual is written around this model year's 2.5L four-cylinder engines — the ones Toyota stamps A25A-FKS and A25A-FXS — and around the trim actually sitting in your driveway, so the values and tightening sequences you work to are the ones Toyota published for this car, not a near-enough number carried across from an adjacent year.

Known issues on the 2025 RAV4. Three recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first, campaign 25V744000, covers vehicles equipped with the Panoramic View Monitor system: a rearview camera that fails to display an image can reduce the driver's view behind the vehicle. The second, 26V256000, is specific to the 2025 RAV4 — the front seat brackets for the seat rails may be welded improperly, and improperly welded seat brackets can prevent the seat from adequately restraining an occupant. The third, 25V595000, covers the instrument cluster and panel: an instrument panel display that does not show critical information can increase the risk of a crash. Owners have filed 89 complaints for the year and Toyota has issued 37 technical service bulletins.

Whether the job is a camera view that never appears, an instrument panel not showing what it should, front seat rail hardware, or a scheduled service on the gas or hybrid drivetrain, the manual holds you to Toyota's own procedure and the right figure for this 2025 RAV4.
