Known issues on the 2019 Rogue. Three recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first covers the back-up camera: display settings can be adjusted so the rear-view image no longer shows and the system holds that setting the next time the vehicle is put in reverse, cutting visibility while backing up. The second, on Rogue Hybrid models, covers contact between the Electronic Control Module bracket and the engine harness, which can damage the harness and blow a fuse, causing an engine stall. The third covers the jackknife-style ignition key, which can collapse into a folded position while driving, inadvertently shutting off the vehicle and, in a crash, potentially preventing air bag deployment.
