2016 Nissan Rogue Service and Repair Manual
This 2016 Nissan Rogue factory service and repair manual is built around the 2.5L l4 (QR25DE) and its specific trims, so the torque values, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic steps inside are the ones Nissan actually published for this vehicle, not a generic Rogue-family substitute.

Known issues on the 2016 Rogue. Seven recalls are on federal record for this model year. Two involve seat construction: improperly welded front passenger seat frames and insufficient welds on the rear seat recliner joints can each raise injury risk in a crash. Two involve the front passenger Occupant Classification System, which can misclassify an adult as a child or as an empty seat, or run with an incorrect ECU-and-seat pairing, either way risking incorrect air bag deployment. One covers corrosion on the rear liftgate support stays, which can suddenly break off. One covers corrosion in the under-dash electrical connector, which can knock out the power windows, seats, or AWD warning light, drain the battery, and raise fire risk. The last covers the jackknife-style ignition key, which can collapse into a folded position and shut the vehicle off while driving. Owners have filed 538 complaints for the year, and no technical service bulletins are logged. The factory diagnostic and repair procedures behind each of those systems are here.
From a seat-frame inspection to tracing a corroded under-dash connector or the liftgate strut, it keeps you on the OEM procedure and the correct specification for your specific 2016 Rogue.
