2019 Chevrolet Express 3500 Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2019 Chevrolet Express 3500 has three engines with almost nothing in common: a 4.3L overhead-valve V6 on gasoline or flex-fuel, a 6.0L V8 that may be set for gasoline, compressed natural gas or flex-fuel, and a 2.8L twin-cam inline-four diesel with a turbocharger. Seven bodies carry them, cargo and passenger vans in standard and extended lengths with three or four doors, plus the cutaway. Base, LS and LT are the trims.

Known issues on the 2019 Express 3500. Just two owner complaints exist for this year, one on the steering and one on the service brakes, far too few to establish a pattern. Both systems are covered in depth regardless: steering gear and pump service, linkage and tie rod inspection, alignment specifications and the torque values for every joint; and on the brake side, hydraulic overhaul, bleeding sequence, antilock diagnosis, parking brake adjustment and the friction and rotor dimensions used to judge wear.
