Known issues on the 2007 Express 3500. Four recalls appear on the federal record, and all of them concern wheelchair lifts installed by upfitters rather than parts Chevrolet built: anti-stow interlocks and threshold warning systems that may fail to sense a rider on the platform, letting the lift move or fold away while occupied.
