The first covers exterior lighting: 16,270 combination corner and bumper lamp assemblies of various part numbers, sold by SaberSport as aftermarket equipment for a range of passenger vehicles, were called back because decreased lighting visibility may result in a vehicle crash. The second covers the steering relay rod on certain pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles, where the steering wheel is repeatedly turned under conditions that demand high steering effort and power assist; if the vehicle continues to be operated in that condition, the relay rod may fracture. Owners have filed 15 complaints for the year and Toyota has issued 15 technical service bulletins.
