Known issues on the 2025 2500. Six recalls are on federal record for the 2025 Ram 2500. Software on trucks with the 3.5-inch cluster and column shifter may display the wrong gear; another software error may leave the instrument cluster blank; an occupant restraint controller fault may stop the driver air bag or pretensioner deploying and disable the stability control system; and a trailer tow module may fail to light the trailer or apply its brakes.
