2019 Ram 2500 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2019 Ram 2500 documents three engines: a 5.7L V8 and a 6.4L V8, both overhead-valve, naturally aspirated and gasoline-fueled, and a 6.7L overhead-valve inline-six turbocharged diesel. The thirteen trims run from Tradesman to Limited and HD Limited, with Power, Lone Star, Sport and Laramie Longhorn in between. Known issues on the 2019 2500. The federal record carries 12 recalls for the 2019 2500. On certain trucks with the diesel inline-six, the high-pressure fuel pump could fail and stall the engine without warning; the pump was replaced and powertrain software updated. Certain trucks had anti-lock brake module software that could keep the stability control warning light from coming on when it should, cured by a software update. On certain trucks, loose wiper arms could stop the wipers working properly. Of 193 complaints, the fuel/propulsion system leads with 40, then the engine (32) and electrical system (29), and 9 complaints reported a fire.
