2015 Ram 2500 Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2015 Ram 2500 covers twelve trims running from Tradesman and ST to Laramie Limited and Laramie Longhorn, on crew cab, extended crew cab, standard cab and wagon crew cab bodies. It documents three engines: a naturally aspirated 5.7L overhead-valve V8 able to burn CNG or gasoline, a naturally aspirated 6.4L overhead-valve V8 on gasoline, and a 6.7L overhead-valve inline-six diesel with a turbocharger. Known issues on the 2015 2500. NHTSA shows 12 recalls for the 2015 2500. Certain trucks could suffer a failure of the side curtain air bag inflator, either an end cap coming loose or the inflator wall splitting, which could throw parts into the cabin; the curtain assemblies were inspected and replaced as needed. On certain trucks, a loosening jam nut on the outer steering linkage could let the drag link separate at one end. Of the 214 complaints, power train (44), steering (43) and engine (34) lead, and 13 complaints reported a crash and 8 an injury.
