2019 GMC Sierra Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2019 GMC Sierra arrives with the AT4 in the lineup alongside Denali and SLE, and with two gasoline V8s: the 325-cubic-inch 5.3L and the 376-cubic-inch 6.2L, naturally aspirated with overhead valves. Four-door crew cab and two-door standard cab pickups are both covered. Wiring diagrams, torque values, specifications and diagnostic procedures are indexed by system, which matters on a truck whose control modules carry a good deal of the workload.

Known issues on the 2019 Sierra. The federal record runs to eight recalls. A software error in the brake control module could switch off stability control and antilock braking without lighting a warning in the cluster. Battery positive cable rings were built with too much glue, which could make the connection to the alternator intermittent, stall the engine, or arc hot enough to damage nearby material. Seat belt pretensioners could vent hot gas through a bracket opening and set the carpet alight. Of 633 complaints, 217 name the engine, 128 the power train and 69 the electrical system.
