The first concerns the parking brake on 2016-2017 Prius vehicles manufactured August 6, 2015 to October 3, 2016: the parking brake cable can disengage from the mechanism. Owners have filed 127 complaints against the 2017 Prius, and 116 technical service bulletins have been issued for it.
