Known issues on the 2017 Pathfinder. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year, both centered on the same fault: the ABS actuator pump can let brake fluid leak onto an internal circuit board, and the resulting electrical short raises the risk of a fire. The second recall expanded the population after vehicles from the first were found unrepaired or wrongly cleared. Remedy
