Rollx Vans recalled converted vans including the Sienna over wheelchair securement anchors, since an unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury. Owners have filed 98 complaints against the 2016 Sienna, and 122 technical service bulletins have been issued for it.
